Program Dates & Times
Camp runs Monday through Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm. 

Week 1: June 16-18 (Closed Thursday, June 19th & Friday, June 20th)

Week 2: June 23-26

Week 3: June 30-July 3 (Closed Friday, July 4th)

Week 4: July 7-10

Week 5: July 14-17

Week 6: July 21-24 (Showcase Event on Friday, July 25th)

Lead a Workshop

Lead a workshop twice a week this summer for small groups of 8–12 students, ranging from K-8th grade. Each session includes two 45-minute blocks, giving you the chance to share your interests while building valuable leadership, communication, and planning skills—and earning community service hours! The total commitment is 4 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 weeks (6 sessions total). Please write a workshop proposal including an outline of each session, materials needed, workshop objectives, and a brief description of the final presentation or project. Proposals are due by June 1st to leslie@hopehorizonepa.org. Volunteer Orientation and Training is May 28th, 6:30-8pm.

Academic Tutoring
Academic Tutoring (Math/ELA)
Make a meaningful impact this summer by volunteering as an academic tutor, helping students strengthen their math and English Language Arts skills. Tutoring sessions run Monday through Thursday, 9:00–11:30 AM, with a minimum commitment of one week—though you’re welcome to sign up for more! This is a great opportunity to build leadership and teaching experience while earning community service hours. Volunteer Orientation and Training is May 28th, 6:30-8pm.

Snack Donations
We need your help providing non-perishable healthy snacks! We’re asking for at least 50 servings per item. Great options include raisins, dried fruit (like mango or apple slices), fruit bars, applesauce cups, granola bars (low sugar, nut-free), whole grain crackers, and nut-free trail mix. Please bring snack donations by June 10th.
